Package Itinerary:
Day 1: Jaipur
On arrival, transfers from the railway station or the airport to the hotel. Check in to the hotel, relax and then the
afternoon, proceed to visit the City Palace, which still is the formal residence of the royal family. Also visit Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Deo Temple and the City Palace Museum that has the private collection of Jaipur Maharajas. In the afternoon, visit Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, which is the largest of Maharaja Sawai JaiSingh's five remarkable observatories. O/N Jaipur
Day 2: Jaipur
After breakfast, depart to visit the famous Amber Fort, located 11 kilometers away from Jaipur Enroute,visitthe
Hawa Mahal. Amber, the capital of the ruling Kachhawa clan of Amer from 1037 to 1727 AD, was shifted to present day Jaipur in 1727 by Jai Singh. You may want to enjoy an elephant ride to reach the gates of the fort.In the afternoon, take a walk through the colorful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work, which is a specialty of Jaipur. In the evening, drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit Laxmi Narayan Mandir - a Hindu temple built in white marble. O/N Jaipur
Day 3: Jaipur - Jodhpur
After breakfast, check-out of your hotel and drive to Jodhpur. On arrival in Jodhpur, check in to your hotel and relax for the day. O/N Jodhpur
Day 4: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer
After breakfast, depart for sightseeing to places like of the 'Blue City' as most of the houses of the old city are
painted in blue. The old city is surrounded by a 10 km long wall, which has 101 bastions and 7 gates. Visit the
Mehrangarh Fort, which was built on a steep hill. The fort is among the best in India with exquisitely latticed
windows in residential complexes. Later proceed to visit the Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph built in white marble.
Late in the evening, drive through the desert and proceed to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is famous for its carved havelis (grand mansions). O/N Jaisalmer
Day 5: Jaisalmer
After breakfast, depart for a sightseeing trip to Jain temples inside the Sonar Quila. The palace museum inside this fort exhibits a rich collection of imperial dresses and artifacts belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer, Havelis with convoluted designs and latticed windows such as Patwaon-ki-Haveli and the Gadisar Lake. Late in the evening, drive to some 40 km away from Jaisalmer to enjoy the Sand dunes the camel cart ride to the Sunset Point. O/N Jaisalmer
Day 6: Jaisalmer - Bikaner
After breakfast, check-out and proceed towards Bikaner. On arrival, check-in to the hotel in Bikaner and visit
Junagarh Fort, Bhandasar Jain Temples and enjoy sunset view of the desert and taste the camel's milk and ride on its back at the world-famous National Camel Breeding Farm. O/N Bikaner.
Day 7: Bikaner – Jaipur
After breakfast, check-out and proceed towards Jaipur, and then for your onward journey. Trip ends
