Millennium Indraprastha Park is one of the longest parks in Delhi, which is located around 10 km away from Noida. Constructed in 2004 by the Delhi Development Authority, this park spreads over an area of 3,40,000 sq. m. Featuring water pool, fountains, manicured garden and World Peace Stupa, this park is considered as the perfect place for outing and picnic.
The World Peace Stupa, which was inaugurated on 14th November 2007, is the main attraction of this park. It is basically a Buddhist stupa, which is constructed to unite the people of all races and creeds in their search for world peace. Located on the Outer Ring Road in the east of Delhi, this park can be reached by metro from Noida. The park is at the walking distance from Indraprastha Metro Station on Blue Line.
