I made a stay at this hotel in the month of September 2016 for business visit with family. The destination was very good since the places were good. The location of the hotel was very good as it was located in the heart of the city and there was no problem in reaching this hotel. The best way to reach hotel is by taxi. The appearance of this hotel was very good since the building was very clean. Receptionist was excellent since the staffs were very friendly. It was an online booking through make my trip. The staffs at this hotel were very good since the staffs were attentive and quick too. The room allotted to me was very good as it was very clean and maintained well. Food provided was very good since the taste was very delicious. They provided complimentary breakfast too. There was no gym but I was expecting that. Overall experience was good as it was a good hotel with reasonable price.

The location was nice in central kolkata however the price is high and facilities are zero. I would not recommand this hotel. It was a bad experience. Infact i did not get a hotel nearby as they were booked already. The hotel broadway is nearbay and economic but minerva does not fullfill any expectations.
The food was good. Not to try south Indian. North Indian and Chinese was tasty. The beds Were soft. The service was very very good. They view was Ok. The gym n Spa was very good. But the spa was a little expensive! They provide taxi to drop you to the airport, but they charge a bomb! Overall a nice stay!
I visited the hotel, Room was nice and very good in a prime location at Kolkata. The costing of hotel is comfortable as compare to facility. Good for enjoying beverages, delicious food and drinks. The hotel is situated in prime location and if you want to enjoy food you can go to Madras Resturant near by Chandni Chowk for delicious south indian food, You can also enjoy test of Anand Restuaratn, Bank, shopping area esplanade is in walking distance. Room is lavious and having better place for living.
