Good hotel nice facilities and good location of the hotel. Very good looking hotel and staff was very friendly with all. Nice rooms with very well furnished. And cottage facilities was very good, food and beverages was not good apart from that all was good in the hotel.
Very good services, value for money and very good location. Rooms are clean. Food is very tasty. Recommended for business and family stay. Hotel staff is cooperative. It is nearby Chandni Chowk metro station. Veg and non-veg + alcohol also there nearby.
The location was nice in central Kolkata however the price was high and facilities are zero. I would not recommend this hotel. It was a bad experience. In fact I did not get a hotel nearby as they were booked already. The hotel broad way was nearby and economic but Minerva does not full fill any expectations.
The food was very good. Don’t try the South Indian food but the North Indian and Chinese foods were tasty. The bed was very soft and the service was very good. The appearance of the hotel was fine. The gym and spa was very good but it was a little expensive. The hotel will provide taxi for pick and drop but the charge is very high. Overall it was a nice stay.
I visited the hotel, Room was nice and very good in a prime location at Kolkata. The costing of hotel is comfortable as compare to facility. Good for enjoying beverages, delicious food and drinks. The hotel is situated in prime location and if you want to enjoy food you can go to Madras Restaurant near by Chandni Chowk for delicious south indian food, You can also enjoy test of Anand Restaurateur, Bank, shopping area esplanade is in walking distance. Room is lavious and having better place for living.
