I wish to travel to the Gir Forest during the third week of March. Is it a good time to sight Lions?What are the accomodation options available at Gir?
Hai all, I am planning to make a holiday trip to Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Somnath Temple, Sasan Gir, Deu, Dwarka and Jamnagar with the family in Feb - March 2008. Will the atmosphere in Gujarat will be suitable in those days. What are the historical, religious and site seeing with beaches are situated in or nearby these areas. Which route will be better, i think journey can be mixed Air, Rail and Road. If any of our friend have visited the route or living in the area can help.
