More than the stay the people at Naila are warm. It\'s almost as though you are part of their extended family. Very lovely people and the surroundings are very very authentic and rich in heritage. Expect great quality service. You get exactly what you are promised. I would recommend this place to one and all. The place is steeped in history. Not only was it the house of the ex-prime minister of jaipur but bill clinton i believe took an interest in naila! Oh and if you are lucky you get to see some nice superbikes on the weekend!!

Best Experience: The people made sure that any and all of our needs were taken care of. Like i said the people made the difference. They were warm and welcoming!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.Apart from the beautiful architechture and excellent interiors, it was also very good to see that the staff was very attentive and the owners personally welcomed us into the hotel. They ran us through the history of the family and the Main Mahal(hall). They were very nice when my husband well ill and offered to call a doctor to look at him. Luckily my husband was fine next morning so we enjoyed a good day of sightseeing. I would definitly recommend this place to fellow travellers .

The Naila Bagh Palace made for a wonderful stay during my jaipur visit, located centrally it was a delightful retreat from the action in the city. my room was very beautiful and comfirtable. i clicked a lot of pictures all around the palace, the owners were very hospitable Whats more the service was excellent. I would definitly recommend this place!

Overall experience was very average. We had booked the whole hotel for a family reunion and were definitely disappointed by the level of service and upkeep of the place. The food was disappointing too, especially for the price charged. During our 3 nights there the rooms were never even dusted. The breakfast table was never cleared till the next day\'s breakfast - you can\'t get more pathetic than that! The place could have been a lot better.
