Much talked about and heard about place Munnar was our dream destination. It was our dream come true. Pleasant weather and visit to tea gardens, dams, tea museum, spice gardens and elephant ride were the highlights.

Best Experience: We were upgraded to a hill facing suite for some reason. View of Sun rising to the green tea gardens was breathtaking. Hotel had a great spa and massage centre. They also had a bonfire arrangement on rooftop.

Excellent location and spectacular view from Valley view Delux rooms.All of us enjoyed the stay from 07/05/12 to 11/05/12 Extremely professional service right from enquiry, prompt response to emails , booking, pickup , sight seeing and all arrangements till the end of stay.The staff was polite, well mannered, cordial and willing to do everything to make the stay comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The sight seeing was arranged well at reasonable rates by hotel staff. The drivers of the vehicles were also well mannered and polite. The food in the restaurant was fairly good. The staff were so good that they did not give us any scope for any complaint during our stay. A special note of thanks to Shajinu Kumar, Raja etc for the excellent service. Guys keep it up so that many more visitors have a comfortable stay like us. Definitely the hotel is more than value for money and would recommend to all those who visit Munnar.

Its located in the fabulous place,surrounded by the tea gardens its really excellent hotel to stay. Staff were cooperative & friendly, the food was quite good more of a local flavor. They were organizing camp fire outside it was also very nice

Its a very best place to stay in munnar,the surrounding of the hotel was very nice and pleasant,Choose the front Facing rooms to get a good view from the hotel,food was like home made and the staff was very courteous and helpful,over all the stay was pleasant.....
