The hotel was extremely clean with spacious rooms. All of the staff was extremely friendly and the location is excellent. The street noise is a bit loud during the day..overall good experience ..

Best Experience: The staff makes you feel at home, always pleasant, ready to help - Food is excellent! A place to relax if its what you want,

very good hotel.the service and the room cleanliness was up to our expectation.the food was really tasty coud experiment some nice dishes.the staff were behaved and very attentive.

service of the hotel not good staff is not co-oprative food quality and service very very poor.cleanliness ok rooms were not of world standard.

Hotel Located at close prximity to Airport, which is my area of business, save time travelling from city, facilities comfortable

Best Experience: Rooms and ambience too good, breakfast buffet daily had plenty of choice

Worst Experience: Restaurant visit in the evenning is very dull only 1 or 2 guest, area looks deserted

I had booked and prepaid a package deal for flight and 4 night hotel stay at this hotel through Travelocity in March 07. At first things were okay apart from minor nuisances like the porter walking in early morning despite the Do Not Disturb sign...and I used cash for all food items except for laundry towards the end of my stay when I began to run low on cash. I remember every receipt I signed along with the $27 USD for laundry just before leaving the hotel and had even asked front desk if there was anything else. Upon confirmation that everything was taken care of, I was very unpleasantly surprised to see that they charged an extra $500 literally a month after my trip! Upon calling Travelocity and being disappointed at their disinterest in helping, I repeated called this hotel only to be hung up on. I disputed this charge with my credit card company to which this hotel produced a forged receipt which the credit card company then accepted! It was incredibly disappointing and a lot of headache - has ruined my experiences as far as hotels go in Mumbai. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless they like unpleasant surprises on their card statements!

Best Experience: Breakfast was decent, hotel room was decent, and place was aesthetically impressive

Worst Experience: Porter kept walking in early in the morning despite the Do Not Disturb sign. Cheating staff charged an extra $500 to my card a month later (I was not even in India then!) and produced a forged signature on a receipt and upon calling both Travelocity and the Hotel, neither was of any assistance.
