MUMBAI, a busy place but i still like it. But the location of the hotel i would give an average score only. I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. Rooms are cozy, clean and good with good service also. Food was great.

Overall I was very dissappointed with my stay here. The staff were unfriendly. unprofessional ( all were gving different responses to some of the questions I would ask!) However, there was one receptionist who had a lovely smile and always greeted us. The breakfast service was extremely slow eg. to get a cup of tea would take ages - usually after you have finished eating breakfast!

Best Experience: The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant at the top. It had a pleasant ambience, great food, and the staff were very polite and friendly. ( I particularly loved the small barbecued food which was heated at the table).

Worst Experience: Well where do I start? Be careful of the bill. When I checked in the receptionist informed me that the price quoted was inclusive of tax. Bearing in mind I had just arrived after a nine hour flight, I was very tired, I didn\'t catch his name. Upon checking out, tax was added to the bill! The manager didn\'t even listen to me or others in my party. Infact after talking down to us, he just got up and walked off - not even ending the discussion (if I can call it that!) There were many other small instances but my neice actually got charged for a towel she used for her hair?? She had recently died her hair and a little of the colour had come off onto the towel. She has travelled to many places around the world and obviously used many towels, but never asked to pay for them!! It was minor and petty things like this that really got to all of us, and in the end we couldn\'t wait to leave.
