"Hotel is a bit overpriced"

The hotel is a bit overpriced. The staff is helpfull. But the hotel is located in a commercial area. So nothing worth seeing near it. You have to take a cab to go to places. It has a pool but its inside and you can't swim in it.

Best Experience: Rooms are spacious unlike most of the hotels in mumbai.

Worst Experience: Food is not that great.

my overall experiance is so good,their food quality is too good and their hospitality is marvellous.

Best Experience: chek-in and chek out,and room service is also good.

"The warmth was missing"

ok. nuttin very great but yes its was ok.can be good but there was no human touch at reception ,the warmth was missing

it was nice experience staying in VITS poolside restaurant ant food quality was excellent even pool itself is exciting with sitting arrangements for relaxation just as roof to it airport is nearby but it took 1/2 hour to find hotel

Worst Experience: Cable TV connection, which does not air any good choice, in particular the south Indian channels.

Fine property, the rooms were spacious and neat and clean. The service was excellent and has very good location and can be reached easily. The appearance was average and the food served was tasty. The staff was cooperative and helpful.

My stay with VITS was nice and i enjoyed the food and staff was very friendly to all customers. i recommend this hotel since it is near to Airport.......
