Hotel Review of Best Western Fort Munnar
Comments: Good property, courteous people but too slow. Asked for coffee and tea at 5 in the evening and got at 12 at night! That too, the fellow rang the bell - had to jump out of room! Water gets brown but the hotel explains it is due to iron content. But what about getting it cold, that too in cold night? Had soap all over and the hot water was over- had to go nude to the phone to contact house keeping for switching on hot water. Is the resort on money saving- then it may end up to itself. Other wise good place - food is ok. You may get drinks but too costly. One thing - take the lake view room; they are the best. Best is the morning view - you will love it - good for honeymooners, sans the hot bath tub! For your info, no such luck for me- was with my bossy big brother!

Hotel Review of Best Western Fort Munnar
It was a wonderful resort where I had taken a break and I appreciate its scenic view and the exclusivity of its location. The only disturbing item was food and beverage which was just satisfactory. Overall the hospitality was good and I would like to recommend to others too....

Getting to the place is very trying and tiring - roads are bad but once you get to the location, this is it - Heaven on Earth and Gods own Country! I would love to live and die in such a place....
