Munnar food, sight-seeing and shopping options
Food is not so good..nut in market there are two restaurants were u get very good chicken items.. U get good chocolates and tea..there is particular govt tea shop just before the market...u can ask the auto driver..they will show u the way...there u will get genuine products with reasonable rating...chocolates and d spices u can get from the shops in the market.. but do visit 2-3 shops before purchasing as there is lot of bargaining to be done :) ..

Hotel Review of Elysium Gardens
Comments: Elysium Garden was the second resort we stayed in Munnar. The room & food was good though there was no good view from the room. Another slight issue was that hot water was available only 2 hours in morning & 2 hours in the evening & that too in only 1 tap. There was no central water heating system. Otherwise the resort is fairly good service & food vise.

Hotel Review of Elysium Gardens
The resort itself is good but it has a locational disadvantage. It is far from the market and is situated on a slope. It is around 2-2.5 kms from the market and which is a lot in a hill station. Moreover, there are no shops around like STD/ISD, chemist shop or spices shop....
