Munnar food, sight-seeing and shopping options
There is 'hotel saravanabavan' for very hygienic and tasty food.it was very cheap too. There are a lot of tea gardens.Avery splendorous view of tea plantations and it was very exciting too . its view was like shells of tortoises from the top angle.

Hotel Review of Royal Retreat
Comments: Stayed at the resort for 2 nights. The kind of accomodation that was provided would not cost more than 800-1000 INR per night in today's date (year 2007) in any major city. But I guess one has to pay more since it is Munnar - a tourist destination.
Food was OK. Nothing great. People from outside India surely would have issues with food and maybe the room too.
There is vurtually no open space outside the resort. It right beside the main road. But opposite a decent tea estate.
Definitely not worth staying at if you got the money.
