Hotel Review of Siena Village, The
Comments: (On behalf of my parents who related their experiences to me) - The resort was amazing, beautiful location in the middle of the mountains and the service was excellent. They definitely want to go back again and for a longer period of time the next time.
Best Experience: The best experience my folks had was the service in the hotel. The location of the resort is fantastic. The weather was amazing. They had gone in April, 2008. They said that the food was exactly what they were looking for the service was really quick. They loved the place.
Worst Experience: There werent any bad experiences. Their only complaint (aged ppl so understandable) was that since their room was on a bit of a slope and a little far from the main restaurant, they had some problem walking back and forth a few times and the lighting once it gets dark was not all that convenient. But since the hotel staff got their food to their room they were overall extremely happy.

The best located hotel in the Munnar area, with much better views than from Mahindra. Actually it is in Chinnakanal which is 20km away from Munnar. Cottage type rooms spread over lawns and garden with lots of pretty birds hopping in and out. Great buffet breakfast and dinners are included in the package offers. After enjoying breakfast which is an excellent mix of South, North + eggs, with absolutely fresh juice, you will never feel hungry at lunch...

Excellent. The best located hotel in the Munnar region. The hotel is in Chinnakanal just 3km away from Mahindra and Sterling, and close to Kollukumalai tea estate. The views are the best, of the Anaierankal Lake and tall mountains behind. All the room are cottage style, laid out on lawns with good views of the lake. Mornings and evenings are heavenly with the clouds coming in. Bulbuls and other local birds provide wake up...

I went here in Dec 2007. The Location of the hotel is wonderful. Hotel is located about 25Km from Munnar but donot worry, you have all the things which you will ever need available there. The Hotel staff is very curtious. Room Service is prompt and the Food is just too good. Food was the best part of stay there. I stayed in a delus room. Room is of good quality but it can be made better especially the TV...
