The overall experinece of my stay at Siena Village, Munnar was wonderful inspite of the refugee-like check in experience. The design of the resort, the views and profiles as well as the interiors are very pleasant to the senses. We were travelling in an old amby which practically refuesed to climd the steep, to get to the parking lot!!! the steepest of all climbs in our entire Munnar trip.
