Overall experience was below average.The maintenance part was very poor.in a two bedroom apartment one room was good but the second room was like a servant room.the activities was there but they have not given even the related award.

Best Experience: location of the resort is very good.

Worst Experience: the room maintenance was very poor,the gyser in one room was not working.it was told by the staff that resort was added recently so it not upto the mark.I have written my comments in the feedback form but nobody from management side taken care to even contact with me.

My overall experience very nice. I came across many of the extraordinary sites. The location of the hotel was such that we could see a beautiful view of mountains covered with snow by just opening the curtains.

Best Experience: the best experience was celebrating the lohri festival with all the residents in the hotel by litting up a bonfire, enjoying snacks and playing some of the games.

Worst Experience: nothing.

It was a nice experience .resort was fully loaded with excitement. Food court & fun zone were well equipped. Staff members were very courteous.

Excellent!!! But Location is bit problem as not able to take Vecihle to resort because not allowd by local\'s. & the Facility provided by Hiltop is Chargeable it cause Inconvinience a lot.

The hotel looks very good. The services are very good. We did not face any problem. It is well located. They don't have a swimming pool or anything but they conduct parties and all there.
