Nice location . . Spacious room and good parking space. Handicrafts and Silk Sarees Showroom Cauvery in the front. Tasty Malabar Restaurant with good Food Market place and Mysore Palace nearby for curious and antique shopping Walk-able distance to Main bus terminal with Reliance and other shops.
Location was good and was close to city Center. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good parking area with ample space to park the vehicle. However room service needs some improvement. Restaurant service can be a bit nice with all round availability of food and snack items.
One of the worst hotel experience. It's dussera time, I was looking for hotels at Mysore but nothing. It's obvious right. I thought of calling and inquiring about the rooms and I found that this hotel has rooms. I wonder why the websites are showing that the rooms are full. They said that the AC standard rooms cost around 2100 per night. But actual tariff was even more less but we understood that since its festival season. We went there took the room and checked in. After sometime, room service guy came asked for the AC remote, switched off the AC and left. It was extremely rude, I have never experienced such harsh behavior in my entire life. I've traveled to many places but this has never happened. We got irritated and went to the reception. They said that 2100 is for non AC room. AC room cost around 3000 per night. We didn't have a choice but to pay and stay there for three days because all the hotels are full by then. We shouted at them but nothing. They were stubborn and also started telling that we were promised only non AC rooms in phone. Mistake from our side is no written communication. I should have got some mail communication after confirmation. I tried but no response from their side. I didn't took it seriously because I trusted them. Now I realized that it's my fault. Only good thing they did was reducing the extra person cost I. E. 500 per day. Service was poor. No toiletries. No towel until we asked. No laundry. Such a worst experience. Rooms were decent and neat, that's the only good thing. Beware guys. Kindly go with written communication, don't go with phone confirmation.
Good location very close to bus stand, neat & clean hotel. Spacious parking. Friendly reception staff & co-operative service staff, clean room but need painting and maintenance of room. Food quality is good but need more variety. Need to provide wif in the hotel. I. Overall had a good stay.
We have stayed from 29th Sept to 1st October for 2 nights, our experience with hotel was not so fruitful. Any way I am not going to give negative feedback on this property because we have booked through one of my close friend (Bank Chief Manager) reference.
The Mysore Hotel complex is very good hotel. From 2004 onward we are staying there only. I request you to change the check out time 12. 00pm is unknown time Good hotel which is near to Bus station and Railway Station also near to temple and Mysore palace I request you to play ground park for children and also swimming pool also which will be more attractive
Centrally Located, Easy to Locate, Courteous Front Office speaks well for the Mysore Hotel Complex. Other services, approach to the Gate, Cleanliness outside & around the Premises require a Notable Attention from the Hotel Management. Not very happy with the Food and Catering. This Hotel is our Second Preference over our Accommodation at our Own Aashrama on Ooty Road. Nothing else to write about this Hotel Complex.
The stay was pleasant. Provided a good service. Rooms were neat. Bathrooms clean with hot water facility. Receptionist service was good. Overall stay was good. Dint dine much. A center place to reach local destination. For better appreciation it is suggested that this firm can think of establishing its own resources for catering services than what is being done through hired services.
I had a very nice stay in hotel in Mysore Complex hotel was very economical and has very good cooperative staff and facilities were very nice. Hotel is okay room is quite decent in size not very big, amenities were quite okay and room was very basic and had limited facilities of a economical room. Food was also very good, authentic food quite good in taste and hotel staff was very cooperative and had very comfortable stay in hotel.
I had been to Mysore during the month of January 2017 and booked the room in the Mysore Hotel Complex. It was my holiday trip with family. The city Mysore was good as it is joyful. The hotel location was very good as it is nearest to the market place. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. The staff at the reception was average. I booked this room through online. The services which was provided were average. Rooms which we stayed in were very good because of available facilities. The food in the hotel was good as we can have so many options as according to the season.
I visited Mysore for an official tour with my family. Mysore is a nice historical place. The location of the hotel was very good and convenient it was close to my venue. The appearance of the hotel was okay, it needs a renovation everything looks old and run down. The WiFi reception is only available in the lobby. The staff were very good and helpful. The room was clean but everything looks old there they need renovation to be done. The front office staff were very good and efficient. The staff at the hotel were good but the building was very old. The food in the hotel was poor, we are non-vegetarian and they didn't have much choice. There are a lot of people who visit that hotel from other states and they don't get the food they expect. I had visited that hotel with my family the kids had to go out and eat as they didn't have enough choice there. There is a lack of nonvegetarian food in the hotel. The staff are very friendly, I am from Kerala there was this staff who spoke Malayalam to us which was very nice. I think the food choice in the hotel should be better, or else visitors coming from the outer state will think before staying here. The booking was done directly. Its a good budget hotel value for money.
We had a two day stay at Mysore Hotel Complex. We had gone for the dussehra celebration. The location of hotel is very close to all the major events, just walking distance from palace and the main procession road. Hotel rooms are very good in size and the service was also good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We recommend the hotel for all type of travellers.
When I visited Mysore then I stayed in this hotel. Location wise, the hotel was conveniently located and it was near to the bus stand, railway station but it was far from the airport. Behavior of the staff was helpful and friendly. Interior and exterior look of the hotel was good. They provided food facility in the hotel but it was average. Services were not good there. Rooms were spacious, neat, tidy and well maintained. All basic amenities were available in the room like TV, AC, etc. They all were functioning properly. Any scenic view was not available from the room. Nothing was available in activities. Mysore place is lovely destination for outing. Hotel was value for money. This is a recommendable hotel to other travelers. There should be some improvement in food. Hotel organize sightseeing trip for us.
