Mysore food, sight-seeing and shopping options
I reached Mysore by 10 AM in hotel ADhi manor because i have started by 7 AM from my house and we took two break in the middle of travel . I went there by my own car , so its too comfort ..
Once i reached hotel . i tried to arrange cab from hotel itself , they said 1200 for indica cab ..BUt luckly i got a call from patak travels and they arrranged another cab for 900 Rs , but we can bargain some more and make it for 700 or 800 ..

Hotel Review of Palace Plaza, Hotel
Comments: hotel was close to palace and zoo. They have a roof top restaurant that has amazing food and ambience. rooms are nice and clean.
Best Experience: Roof top restaurant- food and ambience
We asked for complimentary breakfast which they couldn't offer so they reduced the room rates a bit. Since we had checked in late eve, they gave us an extension on the check out time also. very flexible and customer-friendly.
Worst Experience: the room service is not prompt- u keep calling and they dont pick. restaurant is faster than the room service!

Hotel Review of Palace Plaza, Hotel
located right next to the Mysore palace, this hotel is very people-friendly. the deluxe suite felt a bit overpriced for its small size but negotiations are possible in offseason. it has a website which gives an idea of the rooms and rates. the hotel has its 2 restuarants with decent chinese, indian fare but dont try the european food..its pretty bad....
