Mysore food, sight-seeing and shopping options
I reached Mysore by 10 AM in hotel ADhi manor because i have started by 7 AM from my house and we took two break in the middle of travel . I went there by my own car , so its too comfort ..
Once i reached hotel . i tried to arrange cab from hotel itself , they said 1200 for indica cab ..BUt luckly i got a call from patak travels and they arrranged another cab for 900 Rs , but we can bargain some more and make it for 700 or 800 ..

Comments: we stayed in ramanashree for 4 days (Club Premier Room). Neat and Clean room.courteous staff and great location.

My mother was visiting us in Bangalore and we wanted to drive her down to Mysore for some sight-seeing. Our wives had also joined and the 5 of us booked ourselves at the Ramanashree Mysore hotel. Ramanashree was a familiar name as there are couple of them in prime locations in Bangalore. The hotel is conveniently placed in the city but just about the only good thing about it! The Ramanashree is well located in Mysore, close to the palace and main Devaraj market. Front office and other staff are very courteous and helpful The rooms are large and clean but a bit on the higher end, this is fine for business travellers, for holiday makers, lower budget options are also available in Mysore....

I was attracted to Ramanashree Mysore by the facilities the group has at Bangalore as well as an interesting Package option. The three day (Maharaja's) package has an evening check out and some nice (at least on paper) freebies thrown in.
