Naamsaaling Residency Reviews
I stay with my family in this hotel. Room was good and excellent food. View of Kanchenjunga from bed was good. The staff were helpful in one word next time if I visit to Pelling, I will stay at this hotel. Bathroom are clean and hot water available.
Hotel was very good. Inner and outer look of the hotel was fine. Staff behavior was cordial and polite. Rooms were well maintained and very clean. TV and other basic amenities were available in the room. There was a nice view of Kanchanjunga from hotel rooms. Food was not up to the mark. I had no problem during check-in and check-out. There was no outdoor activity available. They arranged a sightseeing trip for us. It was totally money worth. Hotel was recommendable for other tourists. I visited there with my family and friends in the month of April 2013 and it was a relaxing trip.
The booking was done from Kolkata travel agent. It is situated in middle Pelling. I stayed in this place for 4 days. Everything in this hotel was great. The hotel arranged vehicle for our sightseeing. The service was okay. The behaviour of the staff was helpful and polite. The rooms were small, neat and clean with TV, geyser, room heater and we could get a fantastic view from the rooms. Every room had a mountain facing verandah. The food served was delicious, slightly costly with variety. There was limited activity available. I travelled to this place in the month of October 2011 with family for relaxation. It is recommendable to other travellers.
In one single word, it is good. The hotel was good enough keeping in mind its tariff. Food was tasty and delicious, you can savor both veg. and non veg. delicacies, and we were even pleased with their hospitality. Behavior of everyone was really very good and friendly. There was no problem with the booking procedure. All the facilities provided within the hotel were good and as per standard. Location was excellent. We fully enjoyed staying in this hotel and I can fully recommend this hotel.
Very nice trip! This hotel is well known to us and every time we visit Pelling we reside at this place only. The owner of this hotel hails from Kolkata and is a nice person. You will love Bengali food here. Cleanliness is taken care of and all the facilities are worth paying money. It is a 3 star hotel and tariff is also reasonable ranging from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1500. Hot water, TV, and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is simply great. Scenic view of Kanchenchunga from room window is pleasing. I love this hotel and Pelling is just awesome, very beautiful.
Stay at this hotel was good. All the facilities provided were good. Cab service was provided by the hotel. Location was excellent. There was a view of Kanchejunga from the hotel. There was no problem in booking procedure. Food quality was very good. Room condition was excellent Communication was a problem. Pelling as a place was good.
In a word it\'s good. During our stay there was a severe power-cut in Pelling. In that situation they provided us with optimum facilities.
Very good hotel in a good location.rooms are very clean and have a good small balcony to sit and view kanchenjunga. Excellent bengali foods are served with care and attention. Those who are looking for medium range hotels in pelling ,naamsaaling is one of the best choice. I have recently visited with my family and really satisfied .particularly toilet is very clean and have good arrangements.
View rooms were given but due to fog it was useless. The room was shabby and not clean...full of dust...there was a huge spider in the room and had porous walls(we could clearly hear our next door neighbours). The blankets provided had blood stains...bed was hard. Service was prompt... but half the items on the menu were not available. Early breakfast was provided on request. Food was overcharged and not good. Bathroom was average.
We visited Pelling during year end 2010. The hotel was good enough keeping it mind the cost. The finest part of this hotel was the manager, I called her 'Boudi' LOL. Her Bengali cooking was just awesome. If you are looking for a budget hotel and good homely food in Pelling, look no further.
