Nagarjunasagar food, sight-seeing and shopping options
As u come closer to Nagarjuna sagar you will find the Krishna river to your left,and if u have time u may take a detour and go to the river.. after this is the small hillock that u will have to cross the distance being about 2 kms.
Once you reach up, it seems as a sleepy town with very little population!!!!
For all lovers of some activity on a holiday… this place is a complete no-no. Other than the coracle ride there is no activity. Children will hate this place because u cannot allow them to play in the hot sun. Try to come when the gates of the dam are open.
Theres nothing much to do here… and we love holidays where there is nothing much to do.

Hotel Review of Punnami Vihar
Comments: The resort has very large rooms and is very airy. The service is very good.
Best Experience: The restaurant served food which could be customised to our tastes as there were not many guests there at the time we went.
Worst Experience: The only negative was that there were only 2 guests staying there (including us). It would have been good have more people around otherwise it becomes a little boring and scary.

Hotel Review of Punnami Vihar
Courteous staff made sure that our stay there was excellent. Though we checked in at about 10 pm the staff were waiting with us hot dinner. AP cuisine is essentially extra spicy but since we were all from Bangalore, the cook had made the food a bit less spicy to suit our palates....
