Hotel Review of Claridges Naini Retreat
Comments: overall experince was good, destination is superb, location of hotel is gr8 though very far from the main market and roads were also bad but the construction was on so may be if we ever visit next it would be fine, staff is very co-operative and best thing is ever smiling to any complain or appreciation all of them can qualify for tooth-paste adv.
Best Experience: best experince from the hotel was they provided pick-up even after their scedulde time was over and we were preety late, that also with very smiling face and without any complains. Also live music and bon-fire every night was really gr8.
Worst Experience: worst thing in hotel was bar, they charged heavily for all the drinks and in biting was just simple fried pea-nuts even request for the boiled pea-nuts for next day was not entertained and any complains regarding that staff with their usual smile told that they will put up to management, we had bill of more then Rs. 4000 between 2 persons and the complimentary bitings were just peanuts worth Rs. 20!!! which is substandard then any local road side bar.

The resort is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. Overlooking the Nainital lake. Small hotel hence not a large crowd. The quality of the guests are also good....

We booked our honeymoon package from Delhi for Naini Retreat, Nainital. The service wasn’t good at the restaurant, the glass door was broken, the hot water was not coming in taps and only on repeated requests we got the hot water in a bucket. Even the centralized heating wasn’t there; we were provided a small heater. The money they charged was too much for a package which was supposed to provide us at least 3-star facilities.
