Hotel Review of Classic The Mall, Hotel
Comments: The stay at Classic was very good. The best part was the location of the hotel on the mall. We stayed in a lake facing room which offered excellent views from the balcony. Besides, the room service was quick and we were fully satisifed on this account. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Best Experience: Our requests for extra bed for child, early check-in and late check-outs were accomodated by the manager. Besides, every small requirement was taken care of by the hotel staff.
Worst Experience: Nil

Wonderful experience. The hotel has I think the best location just over-looking the Nainital Lake. One can actually hear the bells ringing from the Naini Devi Temple from the small balcony overlooking the lake. Management very good , great service and staff very efficient and friendly. The restaurant is by far the best in Nainital. Great job .Keep it up....

Our stay was quite memorable. We had a wonderful stay with lots of cool breeze, a dash of rain along with hailstorm. The boating at the lake was something which we never got tired of. We also enjoyed the walks along the Mall....
