Hotel Review of Chalets Naldehra
Comments: Not agood holiday. Hardly any activities apart from the swimmingpool which closes sharp at 1900Hrs only to open next day at around 0830Hrs( if you are lucky ).One need not go so far to spend so much, there are better resorts near delhi. On the scale of 10, I will rate this property 4.5. Will not recommend as a summer destination.
Worst Experience: The studio appartment we checked in on the first day was a normal room size with a added sink in the room.Any thing you ask for, there first reply is ' ye chargeable hai'.

Had a really good time at Chalets with exceptional service. They just don't know how to say no! From making special non-spicy food for my mother to ensuring we had enough firewood for a fire 8 nights in a row to getting us diesel during the truckers strike, Chalets was an unbelievable experience. i along with my friend stayed at naldehra chalet this weekend i.e 13 n 14th dec 2008.the stay was pathetic.even for a dvd player they charge the guest extra n everything the guests asks for the hotel staff says'sir ye chargeable hai'(its chargeable).we asked for a dvd player n before saying yes they said 'sir chargeable hai n rs150/night'.the quetion is not the money its the mentality.the person who is paying rs18000 for 2 nights wudnt care for rs150 but...

It was a wonderful place; quiet, peaceful and to quote Thomas Hardy... 'Far from the Maddening Crowd'. The resort looks absolutely stunning with its natural looks and log homes. The service can go for some improvement....

Decent resort, which is a less luxurious than they will have you believe. Also, a cottage is not really a cottage but part of a 2 unit "Duplex Apartment" edifice. The general experience is good and compared to Simla city itself the surroundings a peaceful and beautiful....
