It was okay okay type.. one thing is sure i will not come to Nand Residency Hotel again.

Best Experience: I did not have any experience in Nand Residency Hotel.

Worst Experience: For Food and hope less.

Hotel was good. Very clean and hygienic. Staff was courteous and well mannered. Service was prompt.

Best Experience: The room opened into a wide balcony cum terrace which provided a spectacular view of the Himalayas.

Overall experience was good. Hotel staff service is excellent. As far as hotel location is very good. It is situated on mall road which is the heart of mussorrie.

Best Experience: Staff is excellent espesially hotel manager.

ok.The service and room facilities were not good. No room heaters were provided.Hot water for bath was luke warm. The location of the hotel is good and close to the mall. No activities such as evening music and bonfire

It was not so good.As soon I entered hotel ,every thing go against hotel. Staff kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes at reception area as the room was being cleaned and restored though it was well past 12.40 Pm and I had called 2 Hours in... More
