Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand - journey to Munnar Hill Station (140 km/ 4 hours) - beautiful country side view of pepper, cardamom, tea plantations & forests. Check in to hotel at Munnar - overnight stay at hotel / resort.
Day 2:
Sightseeing trip Munnar – tea gardens, Mattupetty Lake, dam, echo point, Kundale Lake, blossom garden, Rajamalai, wild life sanctuary - overnight stay in hotel / resort Munnar.
Day 3:
After breakfast in the hotel, start travel to Thekkady (120 km / 4 hours). Country side view of western ghat hills covered with spice plantations and streams. Spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, clove etc. On arrival at Thekkady check in to hotel / resort. Boating in Peiryar lake. Experience the mind blowing view of calm crystal clear Periyar lake and Sanctuary - view of wild animals during boating. Overnight in the hotel / resort.
Day 4:
After breakfast travel to Kumarakom (145 km / 4 hours). Country side view of beautiful rubber and tea plantations. Arrival at Kumarakom – sightseeing Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and evening go for a sunset cruise.
Day 5:
Morning at 1200 hours check in to house boat - cruise start - lunch - snacks - dinner at house boat - rest on board while the boat cruises through the stunning and clean backwater. Also select your favorite eateries from the Kerala menu or your preferred menu. Relax and stay in house boat overnight.
Day 6:
Breakfast at 0090 hours. Check out from house boat and travel to Cochin Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand.
