Room service, sight seeing and appearance is good. Attitude at reception, Hotel staff and other services are good.

The overall experience was ok. The location is good. Even thought its not very close to the beach we can still manage.If you have a car or if you hire a bike it would be easy. More

Very poor. Had many troubles while staying . Very uncooperative staff, no complimentary water. No on time room service, rooms locks are not working properly.

Overall experience was good. Nice reception and central area and decent food options. Courteous staff but the rooms and view from the rooms are not that great

Nothing Grand to expect ... no wifi, service is slow....food is good., ur reception at arrival is good after that u r to urself.

About Neelams The Grand

Neelam's - The Grand is located at Calangute in Bardez. The hotel is 40 km from the Dabolim airport, 15 km from the Thivim railway station and 15 km from Panjim. The hotel is located near the beach and a lot of shops, night life, bars and other restaurants.

Rooms & Amenities

The Grand offers 150 rooms and suites. All the rooms and suites are very well furnished and are well equipped with all the modern amenities. Most of the suites have their own private balcony. The air conditioned multi cuisine restaurant offers buffet, a la carte dining with a capacity of 160. There is a sports bar in the hotel. The coffee shop here is open 24 hours which serves quick meals also.
