Nice one for the purpose, and very close to Mookambika temple.

During our visit to Kollur, we stayed put at Ashwathi Tourist Home, an offshoot of Beena Residency we are told. The hotel however was a little far away from Shree Mookambika Temple, a good 15 minutes walking distance for that matter. Reception and the rooms were just okay. The surrounding was good and calm. Overall we could say that it offered a pleasant stay for a couple of days.

Best Experience: Being perched at the foothills of Kudajadri Hills, it gave a feel-good feel throughout with lush green all around.

Worst Experience: Nothing.

It was very good and our stay was very pleasant.. The service was good and the dinner was arranged on booking and the quality and taste were very good.

we cannot expect much more in a pilgrimmage center like this

Had been to Beena Residency recently and must say that this hotel is a good one! Its located quite close to the temple and the rooms here are very neat n clean. Requested for a change of room as the room allocated to me had recently undergone pest control..The staff promptly did the needful. The rates here are a little at the upper end as compared to the other hotels in the vicinity, but then quality comes at a price! ;-) Hot water is available from 4 am-8am. Transport is also arranged by them if needed. They have a restaurant downstairs, but i didnt quite like the food served there..that\'s one area they need to improve upon. But that doesnt stop me from recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Kollur!!
