Very few operational boats

The setting is good but the maintenance of the place is not so good. Only 4 operational boats, most of the swings don't work, washrooms are unclean. Too many red ants. Watch your step. Better food offering should be provided. Not so much, worth only for a day trip from Bengaluru.

Lake is not big or worth for boating

The lake is located opposite to the Nature Park road in Yelagiri. The lake is not big or worth for a boating. The park developed around the lake is much worth than the lake view. There are a few food stalls near the lake view area. The lake and garden are clean enough. Kids will enjoy the garden play area.

Lake and Boat

This lake is attached to the gardens. Motorized boats and pedal boats are available to take you around the lake, tickets are moderate. The water is clean and you can spot shoals of fishes.

Not worth

Even though this is listed as a main attraction in Yelagiri, it really is not worth spending time to see this place. There is not much water in most of the seasons (at least when we visited in August which is supposed to be a good rainy season).
