I am a big fan of the Oberoi Hotels and hence we were doing Jaipur and Udaipur on the go. We first did Jaipur and it was a royal feeling. You are given a warm traditional welcome with the Tilak and garland accompanied with a welcome drink. It is a royal property. Rooms were spacious. Swimming pool was very big. They also had a puppet show for the kids in the even displaying the typical Rajasthani puppets. They have a very good outdoor restaurant where you can sit and gaze at the stars in the night. Their Spa is also very relaxing. Post Jaipur we went to Oberoi Udaivilla at Udaipur. In my opinion Udaivilla is much more grand and royal than Jaipur. It was a good choice to do Jaipur Rajvillas first and then Udaivilla else I think I would have been disappointed. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel was conveniently located hence I did not face any difficulties while finding the hotel. The staffs were friendly in behaviour and professional in service. The room that was provided to me was good and the amenities in the room were in proper working condition. There was no interruption during check in and check out process. I am satisfied with the services given by the hotel. The hotel was worth for the money.

Jaipur, 'The Pink City', was the vision and triumph of Maharaja Jai Singh II, warrior, astronomer and politician. Built in 1727, it has at its centre the City Palace from which radiate the oleander pink buildings, domes and minarets. To find one such glittering gem in the Rajasthan desert is a feast, yet to discover so many other palaces and forts of legendary splendour within 20 miles, is a veritable festival! Within these magnificent environs, where wilderness is juxtaposed with art, The Oberoi Rajvilas glitters as a jewel in its setting. Its architectural style, its cool, regal interiors and its 32 acres of formal gardens, echo the colours and majesty of Jaipur. Deluxe rooms, sunken marble baths, air-conditioned tents with lavish bathrooms, romantic villas with private pools and dining pavilions offer an opportunity to live a lifestyle of opulence enjoyed by the Rajput princes. You will be greeted as a visiting maharaja and treated accordingly. Stayed two nights as part of our private oberoi tour of rajisthan. After Agra where we were extremely impressed by the excellency of the service we were curious to see if all... Stayed for just one night on our way back to Deli. Wasn’t sure if the score should be very good or average. Plumped for very good as we had a late check out and that was good for us. Overall it has the Oberoi standard but without the wow factor. The hotel needs some TLC in areas that look worn. The landscaping also looked like it needed some tidying and love. The restaurant (only one open I think) was very good and service superb. Check in and out great and room overall good. Think I may have been unlucky but some points that let it down. The ceiling fan in the room started to make a horrendous noise. Call desk who sent some people to sort it out and it was ok for 10 mins then problem came back so gave up and just turned it off. Sleep was a problem as there was a fire alarm low battery warning beeping away somewhere close all night. Went into the bar at lunch time for a drink and the air con was turned off so exited quickly? Turndown service not great, not even a look in the bathroom to freshen up. The wifi is very poor in the rooms. I think the hotel had a very low occupancy so felt like it was in cost saving mode.

The rooms are beautiful and the lawn ground is perfect for little picnics. The staff of this hotel is incredible and are always available for your service. The rooms are spacious and are worth the price they charge for them. You honestly do not feel like you are staying in a hotel at all when you stay at Rajvilas. It is a perfect homely stay at rajvilas. The windows are perfect if you want to sit and read . There isn't any noise to disturb you. The food is heavenly. Must try their Butter Chicken.

The hotel offers an amazing experience. It was very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Made memorable by the warmth and hospitality of the hostel staff. The hotel offers a fantastic luxury experience. Service is impeccable and the rooms are beautiful. This hotel is very comfortable and satisfying. We travelled by train with our group. It was not so far from the railway station. It is situated in middle of the city. This is a fabulous and exceptional in every way where every member of hotel staff from gardeners and maintenance to general manager are totally focused on your need and making you stay perfect. The rooms and building of the hotel is very beautiful and the ground this hotel is also beautiful. The staff of this hotel is incredible and available for you every time. Oberoi rajvilas is one of the most fantastic places i have ever stayed. The rooms are extraordinary. The environment around the hotel is so beautiful. The envirnment is surrounded by plants and trees. The service is best ever of this hotel. You honestly do not feel like you are staying in a hotel at all when you stay at Rajvilas. It is like you are visiting home of a fantastically wealthy friend who has thought of everything. Between the comfy window seat perfect for reading and the luxurious and relaxing soaking tub. It was tough to bring ourselves to leave the room. The only sounds we heard was the peacocks who roam the ground. And the only time we saw anyone was when we asked for someone to come by our room. Wish there was a bit more shade around the pool area but we can not have everything. Room service was prompt and the food was tereffic. Desk staff was helpful and has great suggestions for shopimg in the area. Overall the lovely stay it was -highly recommanded.
