" Not at all a happy one"

"Housekeeping was good"

Food was not up to mark. Room service was not up to mark. Rooms were good. ACs were working. Housekeeping was good. Linen were changed daily. Swimming pool was good.Overall, good stay because mostly had food outside.

Good ,the beach is clean less crowded,the property is huge you can have fun inside the hote itself.Managed well.

Overall experience was very mediocre. They have amazing property but badly maintained. It doesn't have the Goa look and feel. A lot can be done to improve the overall place. Well! they need to pull up their socks.

About Old Anchor

The Old Anchor Beach Resort is a 4-star hotel located in Cavelossim. Built in the shape of a boat, the resort lies between the beach and a river and offers sea views. At the resort, guests have access to swimming pool, health club with gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and ayurvedic massage. Water sports and beach volleyball can be organised. Entertainment such as live music can be organised at the open-air theatre.

Rooms & Amenities

The Old Anchor has 124 A/C suites including deluxe suites, executive suites and villas. Each room has an attached bathroom with hot water, satellite TV, phone, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar and balcony. There are 3 multi-cuisine eateries - a bar, a coffee shop and a poolside barbecue restaurant. An A/C conference hall is also available.
