On my relaxation trip I visited Mysore. I went there along with my friend in the month of April 2017. We booked the room by calling them. The location of the hotel was well placed. It is easy to find. It is in the silent and peaceful area. Other travelers will find it convenient in reaching. Bus facilities are there. Transportation facilities are good. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful. It is in a happening area. There is no garden in the hotel vicinity. The Front office staff was responding well. They were replying immediately. There was a helping boy who would reply soon. They gave water bottles before entering the room. The service of the hotel was prompt. They were responding to us even in the late night time. They took us to the room and guided us about room facility. They asked whether we require AC or not. The room was well maintained. It was clean and decent room. We were happy with the room. We booked a normal room. We took AC. We liked the restroom bed and TV. The room atmosphere was good. We had food and fruit juice it was great. We took veg fried rice. It was tasty. We take food only in that hotel. We had baby corn a and Gobi Manchurian. Biryani was excellent. We take nonveg food only in that hotel. There were other activities in the hotel. I will suggest this hotel to other travelers also if they are looking for good budget and good hotel atmosphere. For improvements I suggest they should maintain the hotel as it is.
We went to the Mysore in the month of April 2017. That was a family holiday trip. I booked my stay through online. The location was a little bit away from the city but the restaurants the good hotel was near the hotel. The Palace was only 5km away from the hotel. The place was quiet and calm so I liked this location of the hotel. There was a shortcut to reach the hotel so from that way we can reach the hotel easily. We came to the hotel after having dinner otherwise they were providing fresh dinner. They were preparing fresh fried rice noodles etc. They will provide food very nicely. Visitors can try the food. The rooms were new and cleanly maintained. The bed was comfortable. The washroom fittings were new so we had not faced any issue with that. There was a hot water available for 24 hours. The room was new and clean so we were satisfied with that. I booked Three deluxe room and all the rooms were comfortable. The check-in and check-out timing were 12 noon so whatever extra hours we stayed for that paid extra charges by us. Almost in the tourist places 12 noon system will be but it will be 24 hours then more convenient to tourist. We reached the hotel at 12 oclock night and vacated in the morning at 12 so that was not satisfactory. From check-in time to 24 hours of check-out time then it will be good. They should keep varieties of food. The south-Indian food they should include.
The hotel is located in a very nice place which is away from the city and is near to Vijaynagar 2nd stage. Location is excellent. If anyone going to Bandipur, Ooty, Coorg, Shivasamudram etc. And want to stay for a night in Mysore, this hotel is recommended. Rooms has all the basic amenities- Soap, Towel, TV, A/C etc. Service boy was very good. The bed sheets in the room was not that much clean. But on informing they cleaned and changed the bed sheets immediately. I took the package that includes dinner and breakfast. Food quality and service was very good. Rooms were not too airy. Ventilation was not proper. Average stay for 1-2 night.
