One of the best hotels that I could advice anybody, though some of their rules (about checkin in particular) are not so helpful.

Best Experience: Overall had a good time without any issues.

Worst Experience: Nothing was worst as such, but customers who book the hotel and land early morning in KK would need to wait since their checkin time is 10 a.m. If something can be done in that regard, it would be best. Otherwise a Great Hotel at a wonderful location, in a wonderful Town.

Very beautiful location. Large Rooms. Comfortable beds & fantastic view from balcony. Food was reasonable & excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Best Experience: We loved the south indian snacks served in restaurant. Staff there was very helpful.

Worst Experience: Being a Govt. Hotel, staff wooing you for Tip when you leave.

Nice n tranquile place to stay. Sea a facing rooms where one can enjoy the beautiful union of three seas the Bay of Bangal, Indian Ocean & Arabian sea.

Best Experience: Good, spicy & tasty food. Clean and friendly Restaurant Staff. People does not understand Hindi, and most of them speak local Tamil language. Overall its a good experience.

Worst Experience: You have to go out of hotel to get a Taxi or Auto, and are generally not availabe near the hotel. You have to walk nearly 1 kms to the stand to get a taxi/ auto.

I stayed here with my wife and her parents from the wee hours of 31st July, 11 to 2nd Aug, 11. This is a TTDC property spread over a few acres of land. The lodging facility is beautifully scattered across different spots within the property. The airy open spaces, verdant plants & trees, strutting peahens & peacocks, meandering tiny roads, perpetual reverberation of splashing waves, the tang of the sea - all of these within the property allow for a wholesome stay. The hotel rooms are spacious, neat, and well-appointed. The highest point of the lodging facility is the close view of the sea that the balcony the rooms offer. It is so pleasant that the feeling of sticking to the balcony is, indeed, over-powering. Some of the other facilities that deserve a mention are the coffee/tea at the door-step as early as 6 am (without asking for it), aqua-guard machines at the ground floor, and a reliable taxi facility for sight-seeing. The most disappointing part is the restaurant which is dingy and ill-kept. Other services can be good, better, best - depending on how much you tip.

Best Experience: The best part was the pleasant & healthy time we spent by squatting in the balcony, sipping coffee/tea, against the invigorating spectacle of the sea.

Worst Experience: The Tamilnadu hotel's restaurant was very dingy and cheerless. When we dropped in for the morning coffee, we were surprised to see one of the tables uncleared of last night's plates with food-remnants.
