Ooty as place being well known for its beauty and another add on Sterling property. It was a pleasant experience staying in sterling. Excellent rooms and service. Quality of food was awesome. Yet another best sterling property with all the required amenities.

Hotel is not in the good location,ambience is quite good, service was pathetic, when i ordered cold water to drink they did not get only. After ordering tea we used to wait almost an hour to get it.Room was quite good, geyser was available in the bathroom, so there was no problem for hot water.

Worst Experience: Service was poor, it was not worth the money paid
