Comments: The services were good.. None of my requests went unattended. The food was nice. The decor of the room was appealing. The gym was good. Staff were friendly and professional.
Best Experience: The Dinner was arranged at the lawn with bonfire and cocktail.. live music was an added delight... That was really something that I liked.

We had a lovely time at Fortune Court.Havent seen more friendlier(yes am using the double superlative)staff than the ones here.There was a genuine and sincere air to the service that was being provided.We went there for our honeymoon and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful chocolate cake bang at midnite.Was a lovely experience.We stayed in the Fortune Club rooms and we were shown around 3-4 rooms and was allowed to choose our room.Breakfast was lovely.Not extravagant but apt and...

"Service with a smile" is how I relate to Sullivan Court. Ooty. Good, comfortable & professional service. I wanted to relax in this hard earned Holiday & the hotel provided that break. Comfortable room, clean environment. From outside it looks like a old castle. Overall, good value for money. Need to improve on food, variety to cater to different tests. Need to add more indoor activity particularly for the kids. Children park is not properly kept....
