Hotel Review of Ooty Villa Park
Comments: The room which we got first in Ooty Villa Park was horrible - completely closed, no windows at all. There was no air circulation also. The staff also was not courteous when we asked for a change of room. They had a care-a-damn attitude. Maybe the room in which we stayed was horrible, but stay in this resort only if u know that u will get a good room. We did not expect such horrible service from Villa Park group of hotels.
Worst Experience: Room was very very bad- no windows , no air circulation at all. But room was neat. The staff was not bothered about our inconvenience at all, they actually said they were doing us a favor by changing the room.
Eventually they changed the room, but that was a standard one, but the first room made out experience there very very bad.

Hotel Review of Ooty Villa Park
I visited during Christmas 2006. All staffs in the hotel are extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is at an elevated level and hence you can see the entire Bus stand (not a great thing to see though) and hills from the the hotel. The hotel is completely renovated and rooms are quite spacious....
