Comments: the rooms were smelly. the food was costly.the place is so far away that we had to eat the hotel food.the service was good.

To start with the booking went fine,but the road map provided at the back of the confirmation letter was so bad it took us about an hour to locate this place.The lobby area & the front office was ok.but the path way to the rooms was not well maintained.Once we got to the room it was not well maintained the beds were not very comfy & clean.The prices of the food was too much & was not value for money....

BAD! I was there with my family. We are time share holders for Sterling, yet we underwent a harrowing experience. First off, the main office did not provide us with proper confirmation details. This meant we had to wait while the front office went around making phone calls in order to confirm our confirmation! We were then given studio accomodations that were like relics from WW2! We had to complain and make phone calls before we ere given a 'better'...

This was one of the worst resorts I have stayed. I would NOT Recommend anyone to stay in this resort. It was a peak season (in May) and the rooms were leaky with a bad stench. I had to get my room changed three times before we settled for liveable room....

The staffs at the resort were very kind and helpful but the resort did not have enough facilities. Second, there were snakes (small ones) in the bathroom which kept us scared throughout the stay....
