Ooty is a must visit destination.It is the best destination to hang out with friends and family.Stayed at this hotel with family.The receptionist was very sweet and helpful.Rooms were well maintained.hot water was full time available which was the most important thing in that climate as it was too cold when we visited.The hotel people arranged for sight seeing trip and provided us with lot of information about the place.

Best Experience: Ooty is very famous for home made chocolates which i really relished a lot.I carried lot of home made chocolate back for my friends.I even ate lot of carrots which were really fresh and tasted good.

The hotel is nice. I am not very happy with the service. The food was also not that good otherwise the location is good. Experience at the hotel is just OK types.

Very clean and pleasant place for vocations. Very neat and affordable place on budget.

My overall experience was so gud. they provide u with the best service.About the rooms and the hotel ambience, i liked a lot. Really a nice hotel to stay in. Location of the hotel is very beautiful....u can even enjoy the scenic beauty from the balcony of ur room.

Ooty is a good destination in summers. Had a good time at Ooty Lake, watching the SleepingLady mountain view, Doddabetta peak and especially the ride to these places through tea plantations.The Palve Sugavasam Hotel is nicely located and has got well-maintained rooms. The food was good and hygenic. The sorroundings of the hotel are ultimate. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will choose this hotel again .

Best Experience: As everyone might have known, Most of the hotels in Oooty aren't airconditioned. (Because, it doesnt make any sense to have ACs' installed in the hotel as the climate itself will be very cold). But , one day during our stay, we couldnt bear the cold climate, we just called up front desk and instantly, they installed a RoomHeater and it was just in time. I appreciate the Hotel staff for timely response.
