1. Title should summarise your review
2. Elaborate. Instead of 'Good sightseeing place', write, 'Beautiful temple with intricate architecture' or 'Kid-friendly park but limited rides'
A wonderful descent Ashram located in Koregaon Park, Pune mostly full with foreigners from all around the world. A must visit and stay at Osho! It is a little expensive however, a must stay for 2-3 days for a change.
Osho Ashram maintains its position as one of the most visited place in Pune. You get spiritual feel when you visit here. However you can access only limited areas of this Ashram. Other areas are restricted for local residents only. There are lot of happening places near to ashrams including some clubs and restaurants.
Osho Ashram is a very popular place in Pune. I guess Pune got its fame because of this Ashram itself. If you are not a member then you can't go inside. The meditation courses are usually 3 to 7 days long and are an experience in itself. The road around the ashram is the very beautiful.
The Osho ashram maintains Zen garden on both side of the road. The public is allowed to visit the garden between 3-7 P.M. The garden is full of birds, statues of Buddha, wild flowers and huge trees. There is a stream flowing all over the garden. Since it was mixed with gutter water, the stink does not allow us to enjoy even the garden. Osho's statue on the other side is very nice, especially his eyes and the flowing dress.
The overall atmosphere was very pleasing to stay. In future I will think of this place to stay...Reviewed Today
