Best Experience: The staff were very courteous throughout the 2 nights we stayed in. The breakfast in our first morning were good too. There was also daily fruits serve to our room and newspaper delivered to the door.
Worst Experience: I preordered a packed breakfast for my early morning departure for the airport, but it was not carried out. I was told that the packed breakfast will be at the front desk when I checkout at 6.30 am. Eventually, only one packed breakfast was prepared for me and my friend did not have any.
