Over all experience was satisfactory for the purpose of visit - \\\'Relaxing\\\' and not much site seeing.

Over all experience was satisfactory for the purpose of visit - "Relaxing" and not much site seeing. The coffee estate was well maintained for the cool atmosphere and natural environvent one looks for when taking break from maddening cities.

Best Experience: Trekking thru the estate in all direction with lots of plantation of Orange / Lime / Gauva / Custard apple apart from coffee with lots of fruits to be plucked and taste it raw. The experience for kids was really exciting. Choose the back cottages for more better relaxation.

Worst Experience: Do not expect very high quality service but reasonably satisfying as they do not have room service for BF/lunch/dinner (Bed tea-yes) but are courtious enough to take ur requirement in advance and serve u in there restaurant at time specified by u. If u are not a teatotaler keep ur stock in advance as they do not have bar.

The resort is a collection of cottages with 2/3 beds. The cottages are clean, the surrounding area is clean and the room service good.

Best Experience: The location of the resort along with the surrounding area covered with greenery and coffee platation. A small childrens' park is really helpful to let the kids enjoy and have a nice time.

Worst Experience: There are no street lights within the area. Hot water is not 24x7 but only for couple of hours in the morning.

The Hotel was in the middle of a Jungle. We need to reach the city which is around three kilometers for any refreshment or entertainment.

Best Experience: The Environment was filled with trees and breeze was good. The complimentary breakfast provided was excellent. The service was also good.

Worst Experience: I did not face any worst experience.

We visited Yercaud in June 28, 2011. It was off-season so there was hardly anyone around - in the resort or outside in the tourist spots. All the tourist spots in Yercaud can be visited in 1.5 days time. The resort was cool - right in the middle of tea estate, it was calm and bit lonely at night.

Best Experience: Cool climate, calm pollution free air, quite, green and feeling of staying in an un-spoilt place. Food was good, staff was very courteous, they gave list of spots to visit, they also provided us the food we wanted, especially for our kid.

Worst Experience: Nothing I can think of as 'worst'.
