Over all experience was superb with nice service and view of the resort makes mind relaxed, keep up the good work:).

Best Experience: Room Service staff was friendly.

Worst Experience: indoor games.

the stay @ igloo was really good. from its location, to the service, the front office and the room itself were great, the best I have ever seen. The food was much better than anywhere we had in kerala, but still can be improved for the north indian people visiting there. other than that everything about the resort was top notch. i would definitely stay @ igloo if i return to munnar.

Best Experience: my best experience there would have to be the service and the willingness of the staff to help.

The location of the hotel is really excellent.All the staff are very cordial.Even the gardner wishes us when he sees us in the morning.

Best Experience: The lush green garden, morning sunrays peeping behind the mountain,the chirp of birds etc.,

We enjoyed our stay in IGLOO is good one. Service is nice and affordable

Best Experience: We arrived midnight and we were welcome with dinner which is guest friendly

Worst Experience: Nothing experienced

I feel the room fare is over priced for the limited facilities provided. Since the hotel is far from Munnar town, it would be good if hotel can provided free pick up and drop service.
