Overall experience has been good. Visited in Jun-July 2011. Room was booked online. Room was well maintained although there were problems with the functioning of the AC. The location is very fine and the hotel itself has arrangements to allow one visit places in and around Haridwar. The food is good and room service available.

Worst Experience: Last time when we visited Haridwar we put up much away from the Ganges. It was a lesser experience compared to this time

Haridwar is regarded as one of the seven holiest places to Hindu it is a really good place and lot of temple we can visit their... the rooms was excellent bathroom were having all the basic amenities the staff was friendly and they helped with a smile :) food was totally nort indian dish which is really tasty..

Hotel is located in the ideal place on the banks of river ganga,evening when the lights are on hotel looks magnificent. Room was spacious & the carpets are placed on the ground. Service was good staaff were helpful & quick in serving
