Overall experience in Udaipur was awesome but I wish I could say the same for the hotel. Rooms were good and spacious but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower curtains and floor mats were dirty to the core. The bath tub was all cracked up and dirty. The shower though was good not trickling kinds you get in most hotels. The corridors in the room were filled with noisy people making a racket in the late hours of the night disturbing our sleep. It seemed like people were playing table tennis right above our floor at night. I didnt eat any food there...but later I was told by a good hotel in Udaipur that there food is pretty bad as it caters to the rajasthani palaette and hence lot of masalas in everything. Well, we thanked our stars for not eating there.

Worst Experience: Service at the hotel was extremely bad. The hotel had all the facilities but I couldn\'t get to use any...like a government building where everything is there but nothing works!!. We wanted to visit some nearby places around Udaipur, so we asked the hotel manager. He had no clue about the rates/timings of places to see around udaipur but promised to get back to us after consulting with the hotel travel agent. We waitied for 2 days, but he came back without any information. We booked everything ourselves outside the hotel. I wanted to do an ayurvedic massage provided at the hotel itself, but no one was answering the phone. When i called the receptionist, she said she would get me to talk to the massage center. we waited for 2 days, but she never came back and neither did they answer the phone at the massage center...it just kept rrrrrrringgggg... Looks like they don\'t wanna do business!!
