Overall experience was good, except a small mix up at the resteurant. Anyway, some senior person did contact me later by phone as well as e mail and the issue was sorted out

had a comfortable stay as wel as relaxing and comfortable with the big and bright guestsrooms

Wonderful Period Hotel. Loved the old British furniture and the open arched corridors and rooms

The colonial feel was great.The hotel speaks volumes on its heritage and rich moderness.

Best Experience: We had lunch at the Coffee Club and loved the ambience there with waiters so prompt at their service.We were made to feeel VIPs. On our second day too when we entered Taj Connemara from shopping at the nearby Spencer plaza and were garlanded with the foreigners arriving in large numbers, it was like we are always treated royally in this hotel.

Worst Experience: Did not have any.

A very nice hotel. Grace and luxury.

Best Experience: The quiet swimming pool, a dinner with south indian dishes , music and Kathakali.
