"Overall experience was great. Good..."

Overall experience was great. Good location, very scenic. If you are a mountain buff & can live without loud music / tv & do lots of solitary reading / relaxing / walks etc a good place to be.

Best Experience: Great food even though the pace of service was a bit slow. People at hotel quite warm & friendly & willing to accommodate your requests. very helpful in guiding you / helping in making itinerary. Good drives to Kausani & nearby areas.

Worst Experience: There are some people who have withdrawls when they are unable to listen to music above 120 db. We had the misfortune of having on such group on the last day of our stay.

"We reached in the afternoon,..."

We reached in the afternoon, and then took time to find our reservations. The bell-boy was not prompt and no great courtesies were shown at reception. The place is lifeless but I believe that is why a tired corporate vacationer would like to go there. Good only for 2 days.
