Overall it was a decent place for taking 3/4 nights off your routine life & also quite near to mumbai.

Best Experience: The best experience that i can share with everybody is the fun the kids had in swimming pool & the slides & also the bird park having distinct birds like the emu,the turkey,the flamingo,etc

Worst Experience: The worst experience we had was that of the rooms.one of the rooms we stayed in,we had seen a frog & a lizard. So it was pretty sad.

Resort is good but not properly maintained. We stayed at tycoon suit but room was not in hygienic condition. Aircon was ineffective and mosquitoes in abundance. However staff were courteous and ready to help. Food was good.

Best Experience: Food was good and promptly served. Surroundings are good.

Worst Experience: Children park was not operational. Swimming pool was under maintainence and visibly very dirty. Slides were not working. No activities in the resort and you are confined to your room. Overall it is sheer waste of money.

Worst Experience: resort needs to be well maintained... the chair broke the moment i sit on it..

The resort has a good no of activities, i.e. games - indoor & outdoor but they need to be well-maintained. Maybe more use of the games by increasing visitors could improve conditions. The children would especially like the resort because of the games, mini-zoo, toy train and other rides. Good care was taken to prepare customized food for us.

lot of green & open area & its good to enjoy the privecy. for a change from day to day hectic life its nice place for weekend .

Worst Experience: water leakage from the roof on the toilet, tv was not functioning properly.conference facility was not good.
