Overall very bad experience and wont return again to such a mess. Primary aim is to ensure all people searching and deciding from Internet will come across this hotel. Please avoid this hotel. It must have been a good hotel very long back. No maintenance, the smell, broken taps/showers, No hot water, Room phone is noisy. Looks they have to revamp the team, renovate and rerun this hotel which is in a prime location. They have a big restaurant space but there is absolutely no visibility from the front and obviously less crowd.

Best Experience: Best is the room service. That was prompt and the food was ok. Delux rooms are spacious.

Worst Experience: Hot water. Pillows are pathetic and they have to completely change all the linens, bed sheets and pillows. Sofas are very old. Though the hotel room is spacious on the delux rooms, unless you feel comfortable with the smell, environment, toilets, you can\'t live in such mess even for one night.
