Hotel Review of Grand Mumtaz Resort
Comments: Location wise this hotel is the best. It is just beside the golf course and it offers panoramic view of entire region. The Pahalgam itself is a very beautiful place. But the hotel offers very poor service-be it front office or be it room service.
Best Experience: The location is superb
Worst Experience: We were offered deluxe room with no intercom connection. As a result we had to make phone calls to its front office manager for even a cup of tea. Moreover the stuff are non professional and beg tips from tourists.
