Paradise Hotel & Restaurant Reviews

Pahalgam is one of the most beautiful mountain range of Himalayas. It is a thrilling experience to stay in a hotel which has snow capped mountains around it. But the faclilities in the hotel were not up to mark to stay in chilled place. The room boys were hospitable but they were not well trained boys. The service in the restaurant also was not proper. There is a lot of supply of hot water. The guisers fetch hardly half a bucket of hot water every after 45mts to 1 hr. Overall the hotel needs to improve all its facilities.

Best Experience: The experiences of staying in such an amazing place is really memorable but We have no better experineces to be mentioned about hotel

Worst Experience: The bad or no proper supply of hot water in such a cold place is really the worst experience we had. We were three people in the room and hardly one of us could get water.The boys were so good that they tried to send the other two to other vacant rooms to get bath but this is not proper. The management is so stingy that the next day they did not switch on the central guiser becaoz only one two occupant were there. So we had to take bath with that half bucket of hot water. We were late bcoz of this problem. It was the worst experience.
