I Visited Manali. This was my holiday trip.I went there in the month of December 2016 along with my family members. I booked this hotel directly. I am basically from Uttar Pradesh. The location of the hotel was excellent. it was nearby the stream. Transport facility was available. The appearance of the hotel was good. The interior and exterior look of the hotel was simple. The front office staff was not good. the reception area was located in the last corner of the hotel. The room was lovely. it was clean. Good wifi facility was available. The food was terrible. there was no quality food. No other fun activities. The services were terrible. there was no telephone facility in the room. So we were going to reception to order the required services. Overall this hotel was nice to stay.

Check-in and check-out process was on time. They did not provide any activity in the hotel. I went there in my own car, so I did not use any vehicle to given by hotel. Both veg and non-veg food was served in the hotel. Buffet system was also there. Food was tasty. Quality and variety wise, food was good. Food price was reasonable. Interior and exterior of the hotel was nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. I did not use AC facility there. You can see a nice view from backside of the hotel. 24-hour hot and cold water was there. They were cleaning the room regularly. Manali as tourist place is beautiful. Hotel was value for money paid. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers. There should be some improvement in activities.
I have been visiting Manali for last 7 yrs as it being my second fav place aft Srinagar and had been staying at this hotel. We discovered it by the end of our first visit whr we had stayed at mall road. The experience of stay at mall road was so frustrating as it being too noisy that on our last day we went on for search of a calm place to really enjoy the beauty of Manali and on our way to Rohtang pass we discovered this property ;lush green with it's own river bank and surrounded by aws view. It's located at Nehru kund around 3 km fm mall with a mkt nearby and transport facility as well. The best thing abt it is its location and small but beautiful garden. Food too is good enuf and reasonable. I can spend whole day just lying there in its sofa swings and admire the snow covered mountains. And we have been visiting and staying there for last 7 years during summers and till nw nv felt lyk searching a new place.
The overall experience was very good at the resort. The stay was very homely. Food is also very good. I think there is only this resort which has good river view because after five or six steps down the Beas river is there. Nearby sceans are very beautiful with floating bridge nearby.
